About It's Your Bed Babe, It's Your Funeral

It's Your Bed Babe, It's Your Funeral dropped on 4 October 2019, almost a year after her first EP, with Stay Young and Favourite Ex out as singles in between. She's said she didn't set out to make an EP, just songs that fit together.

The title's a line from This Is On You, the lead single. She'd been playing it live before it was finished, and because everyone liked it so much, they finished it and added little bits like that line. The song's about not being responsible for someone who's not in your life any more.

Adore You is the new-crush bop, co-written with Fred Gibson again. Take Care of Yourself is about caring for someone who's struggling with their mental health, and Look At Me Now started out as a Eurodance track before she asked Joe Rubel to slow it down. Personal Best is for her twin sister Ellen, and it's not a love song at all - it's about the memories they share. Bring tissues. Oh Wonder co-wrote and produced it.

Adore You came out as a single on the same day as the EP, and Clash said she was "hitting her stride."

Six songs, about a minute. Personal Best is the one, if you ask me.
