About Slut Pop

Slut Pop dropped on February 11, 2022, and it was her first project for Amigo and Republic after signing with them in 2021. It's seven songs and under 16 minutes long, and it's exactly what the title says. "I make slut pop," she said. "And I'm proud of that."

Dr. Luke produced all of it. Kesha had accused him of abuse in 2014, and Kim working with him brought the #FreeKesha conversation back when the EP came out.

To launch it she did a "Slut Tour" - several nightclubs, one night. Throat Goat had a second life in 2023, when a sign-language interpreter's very literal translation of it at Sydney WorldPride went viral. The EP went to number one on the Heatseekers chart, and the vinyl finally came out two years later.

Seven songs, about a minute. It's the quickest sort she has. Treat Me Like A Slut or Superpower Bitch for number one - there's no third option.
