Breach Song Sorter

About Breach

Breach dropped on September 12, 2025, and it's the end of the story that started with Blurryface. Tyler called the City Walls video - nearly ten minutes long - "the end of [the lore]", but he told Pollstar it "doesn't slam the door; it leaves it on the latch." In the video, the Torchbearer leaves to find the next Clancy, and Intentions plays over the credits.

Tyler and Paul Meany produced it, with Mike Elizondo on Garbage and Robot Voices. Yungblud co-wrote The Contract, the first single. Josh sings lead for the first time ever, in the middle of Drum Show, a song about Josh's life told from Tyler's side. Tyler's daughters Rosie and Junie are credited with the screams on RAWFEAR.

The callbacks are everywhere. City Walls samples Heavydirtysoul, Robot Voices brings back My Soft Spots My Robots, and Intentions is Truce from Vessel, played backwards. Downstairs is an old demo fans called Korea, from the Regional at Best days. "I held on to that demo for a long time," Josh said, "it just took us this long to do it justice!"

It went to number one with 200,000 units - their second number one, after Blurryface, and their biggest week ever. Seventy-two thousand of those were vinyl, the biggest vinyl week for a rock album since tracking began. "welp Breach went #1," Tyler posted. "why did this make me so happy i teared up a little? NOT A LOT. a little."

Drag Path is in here too. It was the bonus song on Digital Remains, an online-only edition that came and went, and then it blew up on TikTok and came out properly in February 2026. It went to 57 on the Hot 100. With it, that's 14 songs, about three minutes.
