Rae Song Sorter

About Rae

Rae dropped on October 14, 2022, and it's her middle name - she liked the idea of always being "in the middle". After Ashlyn it was meant to be "a sexier era", and Leroy Clampitt was back producing most of it.

Another Man's Jeans came first, and the Stuck in the Middle with You feel was "one million percent on purpose". She rushed it out because fans were already singing it at shows. The red tint on the Tarantino-style video is an accident - the film came back damaged. Angry Woman landed days before the Roe v. Wade decision and became a rallying cry, and she calls playing it live "like therapy for all of us". And she described omw as the fun version of Miley's The Climb. Accurate.

Love Is Letting Go is about losing her brother, and Diane Keaton, one of her heroes, is on it. It turned out to be Keaton's first and final song - she died in October 2025.

Rae reached number six on the Heatseekers chart. In February 2023 she cancelled the Fun While It Lasted Tour, saying she didn't feel "mentally healthy or resilient enough" to go back out yet. Fourteen songs, about three minutes. Rae's Theme counts, so don't skip the intro.
